The Second Round of the Soft Skills training was held in Gjakova

CARE, within the framework of the Kosovo Youth Participation – KYP project, held three days of soft skills training in Gjakovë.

On March 14, 15, and 16, 2023, at the Vocational Training Center in Gjakovë, about 15 young people attended the three-day soft skills training facilitated by trainer Gjyljeta Shehu. The purpose of the training was to strengthen the theoretical and practical knowledge of young people so that in the future they can easily prepare the necessary documents for applying to workplaces. Participants in this training were young people aged 18-24. Participants in this training were young people aged 18-24 from the region of Gjakova.

The young participants revealed that this training would help them to compile their CVs and cover letter and be better prepared for job interviews.

This training was organized in cooperation with the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo and aims to increase the opportunities of young people for economic inclusion and their status in society. Such training will continue to be organized during April in Peja.
