The beneficiary of the sub-grants, the “Instituti për Zhvillim dhe Integrim (IZHI)”, has offered an Internship Program in the municipalities of Obiliq/Obilić, Fushë Kosova/Kosovo Polje and Prishtina/Priština.

The non-governmental organization (IZHI) within the project “Activation of Young People through Internship” has achieved to engage five young women in the three-month paid Internship Program.

Initially, IZHI offered training for developing soft skills divided into two programs: writing a CV and cover letter and presentation in a job interview. From this training, the participants have had the opportunity to strengthen these capacities. By matching their professional profile, local businesses/companies have offered space for the internship program for five girls.

The internship program started in April 2024 and will last until the end of June. From the field visits, at least half of the engaged interns will continue regular employment in the company where they followed their internship.

Below are the profiles of five interns engaged in local companies in the municipalities of Obiliq/Obilić, Fushë Kosova/Kosovo Polje, and Prishtina/Priština.
