On March 30, 2024, the Foundation Akademia e Animacionit, through the “Education Program: Animation Academy” project, held a matchmaking event that brought together animation students and local businesses, fostering closer collaboration between companies and artists and unveiling mutual opportunities.
This initiative also provided a platform for students to craft their soft skills by presenting their work and engaging with companies and organizations. Each student had the chance to showcase their projects completed within the Academy and present their portfolios to interested companies.
The event not only equipped students with valuable experience in the labor market in Kosovo but also enhanced their prospects for further professional development through international education programs.
Moving forward, the project will offer internship opportunities to five students from the Academy of Animation’s professional program. These internships will span three months, with intervals from April to June, across various local animation businesses.
This activity is being implemented within the framework of Financial Support for Third Parties (FSTP) of the Kosovo Youth Participation – KYP project implemented by the CARE International office in Kosovo, with the financial support of the European Union (EU) office in Kosovo.
