Between the dates 13 and 16 February 2023 CARE International within the Kosovo Youth Participation, – KYP project organized three days of training for the Development of Employment Skills in the Soft Skills Module. The first round of the three-day training was held in Prishtina on the premises of the Vocational Training Center.
The purpose of the training was to strengthen the theoretical and practical knowledge of young people so that in the future they can easily prepare the necessary documents for applying to workplaces. Participants in this training were young people aged 18-24 from Obiliq/Obilić, Fushë Kosova/Kosovo Polje and Junik/Junik, who learned more about the importance of how to write a professional CV, motivational letter, and various requests.
This training was organized in cooperation with the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo and aims to increase the opportunities of young people for economic inclusion and their status in society. Such training will continue to be organized throughout March and April in Peja and Gjakove.
