Sub-grantee EEM Group LLC has offered a Three-Month Paid Internship for Young People from Obiliq/ć

Sub-grantee EEM Group LLC within the “Accounting office – financial, tax, and accounting” project has offered a three-month paid internship opportunity for young people from the Municipality of Obiliq/ć.

As part of the five sub-granted entrepreneurial activities within the Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) scheme of the Kosovo Youth Participation Project – KYP, EEM Group LLC successfully engaged the first intern for a three-month internship program thus providing the young people from the Municipality of Obiliq/ć hands-on experience in the field of accounting and business.

Altin Grajcevci, a first-year student at the Faculty of Economics, Management, and Informatics, was enrolled in the internship program and placed in the EEM Group LLC enterprise for a period of three months starting in January 2023.

The purpose of the internship is that interested young people from rural areas with limited possibilities to develop professionally can gain basic knowledge in the field of accounting and thus have easier access to the labor market. Altin was mainly engaged in supporting the EEM Group SHPK team in IT services with clients, as well as assisting in implementing the accounting program ProData Finance+. Throughout his journey, Altin has directly installed and configured the program for other clients, thus developing further his capacities in working in this field. “During my internship, I had the chance to learn new things and I am positive that I will easily adapt to the new job,” says he.

This activity is implemented within the Kosovo Youth Participation – KYP project with the support of the European Union.
